To send HTML emails manually, use one of below options:

 

1. Webinars 1st and 2nd emails (Intro email, and after 7 days, a reminder)
2. Webinar 2nd email (Reminer email only)

 As soon as you sign up any email address here, an HTML email is sent.

 

Please check the contact on the Pipedrive if you'd like to see if they have received our previous emails or not (just search the email address).
